Parking, Hotels, Food & Accomodations

Parking

Climate change is real and we hope you will carpool with your fellow scientists!
NKU is charging us for parking, so we are assessing a $3 fee per car to cover those costs.  If you think you will be driving and parking a car please check the appropriate  box on your registration form. Parking is conveniently located in the Kenton Drive garage across the street from the Student Union. Signage will direct you when you get to campus.

Finding a carpool: If you're a KAS member you can get a list of fellow attendees to help you track down a carpool, after you've registered for the meeting.

Log in at the KAS website with username & password.
Under "My Membership Information" to go "My Events"
Choose "Prior Event Registrations" and then select 2023 KAS/KJAS meeting
If you click on the View Event Portal icon there is an attendee list there.

Food

The food court in the Student Union will be open on Friday and box lunches are also available to order Friday or Saturday.

There is no food available for purchase on NKU campus on Saturday. Nothing is open. If you do not order a Saturday lunch with your registration you should plan to bring a lunch with you.

If you have dietary needs we need to know about,  please indicate that on your registration form in the appropriate field. We are working with NKU catering and we will do our best to accommodate. Thank you!
