We strongly encourage you to carpool with your fellow scientists. 

Murray State has created this parking link so that you can register in advance. This form will create a permit for you that will allow you to park in any regular space on campus. https://www.offstreet.io/events/F7DC9TVT 

Finding a carpool: If you're a KAS member you can get a list of fellow attendees to help you track down a carpool, after you've registered for the meeting.

Log in at the KAS website with username & password.
Under "My Membership Information" to go "My Events"
Choose "Prior Event Registrations" and then select 2026 KAS/KJAS meeting
If you click on the View Event Portal icon there is an attendee list there.

Food

If you have dietary needs we need to know about,  please indicate that on your registration form in the appropriate field. We are working with Murray State University catering and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Registration includes light breakfasts, and Friday reception. Friday and Saturday lunch is on your own, unless you are RSVPing for the STEM Careers Junior Academy lunch on Friday or the Annual Business Meeting & lunch on Saturday. Box lunches are available by pre-order on Saturday. We will also provide suggested lunch options on and near campus.
