KAS Membership is available to individual members with an interest in promoting science and science education in Kentucky.


As a member, you will :
 
  • have access online to a subscription to the Journal of the Kentucky Academy of Science and to Annual meeting abstracts;
  • be invited to join up to 3 sections
  • receive access to our Member Directory to make contact with colleagues at other institutions
  • be eligible to apply for research grants (academic members only);
  • receive 3 issues per year of the KAS Newsletter with science news from around the Commonwealth
  • enjoy reduced registration fees for our Annual Meeting, and get access to presenters’ abstracts; and
  • be invited to special “members-only” science events and celebrations.

KAS Membership is complementary for Kentucky P-12 teachers. KAS values science education at all levels!

Academic institutions or Businesses may join as an Enhanced Affiliates.
Individual employees, students, staff, or faculty at that Affiliate may then join at no cost.

Available to Institutions or Businesses

Individual employees, students, faculty and staff of Regular Affiliate institutions and businesses may join as individuals at the regular Individual rate ($15/ $35)
